Soyic Hotel - Eskisehir

Had amazing and marvellous location on a boulevard. In general the staff were GOOD and absolutely perfect. We had a big bedroom.

I spent a night here with my family and had a lovely stay in a beautifully decorated standard room, plus I really appreciated the wake-up service they offered. Nice stay, tastefully decorated room, great wake-up service.

The staff was very amiable and excellent, always on hand when needed. Our nicely decorated and luxurious room was equipped with the basics like a mini fridge bar, climate control, and an individual safe. Had good amenities.

The family room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was luxurious. The facilities such as a safe, television, and a mini-fridge-bar were available. The location was particularly good and marvellous, for example, historical figures was at a moderate distance from the hotel.

The rooms are spacious and really nicely decorated. It's in a fantastic location right in the center. We had a great time during our stay and definitely would love to come back! 😊.

This hotel offered a clean room equipped with a shower, a hairdryer, and cozy bathrobes.

The rooms at Soyic Hotel are modern and spacious, making me feel comfortable during my stay. I loved that the rooms come with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, allowing me to stay connected and cool. The hydromassage shower in some rooms was a nice bonus, providing a touch of luxury to my stay. The amenities in the guestrooms were excellent, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a good night's sleep. Some rooms even had a seating area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I found one feature less appealing. But hey, it's just my opinion.

The location of the hotel was ideal, within walking distance of all the attractions in the city center. I enjoyed exploring the area without the need for transportation. I encountered a minor issue with the safe box not closing properly. the staff at the reception were quick to assist me and resolve the problem. I appreciated their prompt response and willingness to help. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, surpassing my expectations for a hotel in this price range. The variety of options and quality of the food impressed me.

There were a few areas of improvement that I noticed. The wallpaper in some parts of the room was peeling, and the lighting could have been brighter.

Everything was fantastic.

Spent Christmas break in a hotel in Eskisehir and had a blast. The hotel is in a prime location, surrounded by numerous food places and shops. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist us whenever we needed it. The room we had was spacious and clean, plus the WiFi signal was really strong. During our stay, we also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had a great selection of dishes.

Although the hotel had a great location and good service, some of the facilities were not well-maintained. The wallpaper was peeling in some areas and the lighting needed improvement.

What an idyllic weekend escape! the rooms offer stunning design and comfort, which made our romantic getaway all the more special. the key location of the hotel made it easy to explore the area and enjoy the local cuisine. We were positively surprised by the amazing breakfast, with lots of choices, and great quality food.

The staff at reception felt a little moody and unhelpful when requesting some assistance with our safe box. the language barrier made it difficult to communicate our needs.
